These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of toolworldonline (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into these Terms.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate, current information when registering.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts to bypass limits is prohibited.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Free tier and usage limits

The Service offers a free tier with 10 uses per tool per day. Limits are enforced server-side. Anonymous users are limited by IP address; logged-in users by account. We may modify free-tier limits at any time.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans (Basic, Pro, Elite) are monthly subscriptions billed in advance via Stripe.
• Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change; existing subscriptions are not affected until renewal.
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your profile. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds except where required by law.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing purpose.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, paywalls, or security measures.
• Abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes others' rights.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without permission.
• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape or overload the Service.

6. AI-generated content

Output from our AI tools is generated by models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and legally clearing any output before publishing or acting on it. We are not liable for consequences of using AI-generated content.

7. Content and ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit to the tools. Output you generate is yours to use, subject to these Terms and applicable law. You grant us a limited license to process your input solely to provide the requested tool output.

8. Intellectual property

The Service — including its design, code, branding, and tool interfaces — is owned by toolworldonline and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service without permission.

9. Advertisements

Free and anonymous users may see advertisements served via Google AdSense. Paid subscribers see no ads. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

10. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any tool at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability) remain in effect.

12. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, toolworldonline and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service — regardless of the theory of liability. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
